Granada is the most affordable big university city in our coverage. The average asking rent is around €714 a month: studios start near €330, two-bedroom flats from about €550, and a room in a shared flat runs €200-350. The University of Granada and its large Erasmus population drive the market, so demand peaks sharply in August and September.
Realejo and the Centro are central and walkable, the Albaicín is historic but steep with pricier view flats, and Figares and San Ildefonso are student favourites near the faculties.
