What is Prio?
Short answer, October 2026
Prio is an alert service for people looking for a home in Spain. It watches Idealista and Badi and sends each new listing that matches your search to Telegram, usually 2 minutes ahead of Idealista push notifications. It is not a portal and it does not rent or sell anything: it tells you first so that you can call first. The first 7 days are free, with no credit card.
What Prio does
You set a search once: city or area, budget, size, and anything else you care about. Prio then checks Idealista and Badi all day and sends every new match to one Telegram chat. Each alert includes the photo, the price, the advertiser's phone number when the listing shows one, a map link and a ready-to-send message in Spanish for WhatsApp.
Sources covered
- Idealista: rentals and sales across Spain.
- Badi: rooms in shared flats.
Prio covers Idealista and Badi only. It does not cover Fotocasa or the websites of individual agencies, and it works for Spain only.
Cities
Prio works across all of Spain. There are dedicated pages for Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Sevilla, Málaga, Alicante, Bilbao, Granada, Las Palmas, Palma de Mallorca, San Sebastián and Zaragoza.
Speed
Alerts arrive usually 2 minutes ahead of Idealista push notifications. That is a head start, not a promise for every listing, and it only helps if you reply quickly: the good flats still go to whoever calls first with a complete file.
How it works in 3 steps
- Open Prio in Telegram and set your search. Answer the questions in the chat, or paste a search link from Idealista or Badi.
- Wait for alerts. Prio sends each new listing that matches, as it is detected.
- Reply first. Call the number in the alert or send the prepared message on WhatsApp, then book the viewing.
Try it for 7 days
No credit card. Alerts stop when the trial ends unless you subscribe. Start the 7-day trial on Telegram

What Prio does not do
- It is not a portal: it does not publish listings of its own.
- It does not contact landlords, visit flats or sign contracts for you.
- It does not cover Fotocasa, agency websites or countries other than Spain.
- It does not guarantee a flat or a scam-free listing. Suspected scams are held back from alerts, but you should always check a listing before paying anything.
